Dr. Buenting works with Youth With A Mission's International Communications Network (YWAM ICN). She is based in Colorado Springs and travels the globe extensively to develop mission communicators. This includes teaching on a variety of communication topics, helping lead annual CRIT (Communication Research and Information Technology) consultations, supporting YWAM's regional communication teams, serving on YWAM's Global Communication Team and helping lead YWAM's ICN ministry.

She is especially interested in the role of communication in holistic development and the role of the church in seeing "His kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven."
