Graham & Sharon Nichols

Field: Ecuador
Home State: North Carolina/Georgia
Children: Robert Graham, III & Stephen Grant

Graham and Sharon have responded to God’s call to serve as career missionaries serving with The Mission Society. They will begin language school on January 12, 2012 at the Nazarene International Language Institute on the campus of the Nazarene Theological Seminary of South America located in the capital city of Quito, Ecuador. They will be immersed in the language and culture through studies, ministry, and travel.

They have been called to share the gospel with the people of Ecuador and are raising support for full-time field ministry serving Christ among the least and lost. Graham worked in management and administration for more than 34 years. Sharon worked in medical/dental management for more than 17 years. Both are active in community outreach and are trained as mission project coordinators; having led short-term mission teams to Peru for several years. In Ecuador, the Nichols plan to live among and love Ecuador’s people; making disciples to make disciples.

Prayer Request:

  • For the Lord to continue to raise up a foundation of prayer and financial support for us.
  • For Openness to the power of the Holy Spirit to give us faith and courage to be positive, bold and effective witnesses for Jesus Christ.
  • For the Lord to prepare our heart’s and the heart’s of the people of Ecuador.
  • For our relationship with Christ to grow closer and closer every day.

Praises:

  • For our awesome privilege to serve our risen Savior and share Him with the world.
  • For our family, church family, and old and new friends for their support.
  • For the many prayers that are being lifted up for us and the people of Ecuador.
