The Mission Society provides global missionary support through missionary recruiting, missionary training and equipping church leaders and others to lead international and short-term mission trips. Based in Norcross, GA, The Mission Society was originally formed to support Methodist missionaries, but now works with a variety of Wesleyan denominations offering missionary training, missionary seminars, missionary workshops and church leadership training throughout the United States and around the world.

Orientation Training

Orientation Training is an annual training event for cross-cultural workers that takes place in the summer and lasts approximately three weeks. Some of the topics covered in Orientation Training will include relational evangelism, discipleship, spiritual warfare, small group ministry, cross-cultural challenges, culture shock, world religions, and mission and the church. The event is held in Huancayo, Peru.

This is an event for the whole family. A separate program for Missionary Kids in training is provided. Former missionaries will teach and provide the children with exciting opportunities for cross-cultural interaction.

Guests are welcome to audit this training event.
